‘GRAM–2026’ Roadshow in Delhi Positions Rajasthan as a Global Agritech Investment Destination

Rajasthan has taken a significant step toward becoming a global hub for agricultural innovation and investment through the ‘Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM)–2026’ roadshow held in New Delhi. The event showcased the state’s progressive policies, investment potential, and commitment to building a technology-driven agricultural ecosystem.

The roadshow was led by Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, who highlighted key agricultural reforms and initiatives undertaken by both the state and central governments. He emphasized that the government’s vision is to make agriculture more profitable, sustainable, and technology-oriented. Rajasthan Agriculture Minister Kirodi Lal Meena also addressed the gathering, providing insights into the upcoming GRAM–2026 event and encouraging farmers, startups, and stakeholders to participate actively.

Organized on April 23 at The Ashok Hotel in collaboration with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the roadshow aimed to position Rajasthan as a preferred destination for agritech investments. It brought together policymakers, industry leaders, agritech startups, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and progressive farmers on a single platform.

The event witnessed participation from representatives of over 19 countries, including Argentina, Australia, Canada, and Russia. The presence of international delegates and embassy officials gave the program a strong global dimension and reinforced confidence in Rajasthan’s growing agricultural potential. Discussions focused on strengthening global partnerships, exploring investment opportunities, and advancing agricultural innovation.

A key highlight of the roadshow was its focus on emerging technologies in agriculture. Various sessions explored digital farming, drone applications, data-driven agriculture, and smart irrigation systems. Industry experts and startup representatives demonstrated how these technologies can enhance productivity, reduce costs, and make farming more sustainable.

The roadshow also opened new avenues for collaboration among investors, companies, startups, and academic institutions. It provided startups with a valuable platform to showcase their innovations and interact directly with potential investors, paving the way for future partnerships and growth in the agritech sector.

This event is part of the build-up to the main Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM)–2026, scheduled to be held in Jaipur from May 23 to 25, 2026. The upcoming summit is expected to attract global experts, innovators, and investors, further strengthening Rajasthan’s position in the agritech landscape.

Importantly, the initiative is expected to benefit farmers directly. With increased investment, improved access to modern technologies, and better market linkages, farmers are likely to experience higher productivity and enhanced income opportunities.

Overall, the ‘GRAM–2026’ roadshow marks a forward-looking initiative that positions Rajasthan at the forefront of agricultural transformation. With strong global participation, a focus on innovation, and growing investor interest, the state is steadily moving toward becoming a leading agritech hub.
