CNH Strengthens Aftermarket Services with New Parts Distribution Centre in Pune

CNH, a global leader in agriculture and construction equipment manufacturing, has inaugurated a new dedicated Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) near its Pune manufacturing facility. This state-of-the-art facility aims to enhance CNH’s aftermarket services by ensuring faster, efficient, and reliable parts delivery to customers across southern and western India.

The new centre is designed to support CNH’s Crop Solution products, including Case IH sugarcane harvesters and New Holland combine harvesters and balers. Through this distribution hub, the company will streamline spare parts supply to its extensive dealer network and customers, thereby ensuring service continuity and reduced downtime.

Equipped with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, the centre improves accuracy, traceability, and operational efficiency. This Pune facility becomes CNH’s fourth Parts Distribution Centre in India, complementing its existing centres in Noida, Indore, and Sikandrabad (Uttar Pradesh).

Narinder Mittal, President & Managing Director, CNH India, stated:

“Every investment at CNH is aimed at serving our customers better. Southern and western India include key sugarcane-growing regions where timely parts availability is critical for farmers and contractors. This new Pune centre brings us closer to both our customers and manufacturing unit, enabling faster and more effective service delivery. It strengthens our aftermarket network and reaffirms our commitment to providing dependable, technology-driven solutions.”

In line with CNH’s global sustainability commitment, the new facility features eco-friendly packaging and energy-efficient systems. CNH has also partnered with DHL Supply Chain, a leader in integrated logistics, to ensure timely and reliable delivery of parts.

Celebrating 25 years of “Make in India” operations, CNH continues to manufacture world-class products under its Case IH, New Holland, and CASE Construction Equipment brands, supported by CNH Capital and the Global Technology Center.

Globally, CNH Industrial (NYSE: CNH) is a leading technology and services provider in the agriculture and construction sectors. Guided by its core principles of Innovation, Sustainability, and Productivity, CNH’s portfolio of brands — including Case IH, New Holland, CASE, STEYR, Raven, Hemisphere, Flexi-Coil, Miller, and Eurocomach — delivers advanced machinery, digital tools, and sustainable solutions worldwide.
