In a moment of national pride and recognition for agricultural science, Dr. M.L. Jat, Director General of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and Secretary of DARE, was conferred with the honorary Doctor of Science (D.Sc. Honoris Causa) degree by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu. The honor was bestowed upon him during the 11th convocation ceremony of the ICAR–Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar.

The grand convocation witnessed participation from students, scientists, and academicians from across the country, making it a truly historic event.
