Stellapps Joins Industry Leaders to Explore AI and Tech in Rural India at RMAI’s ‘Digital Dot Rural 2025’

Stellapps Technologies, a leading agri-tech solutions provider, participated in the prestigious Digital Dot Rural 2025 conference, organized by the Rural Marketing Association of India (RMAI) at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The event brought together industry experts, technology innovators, and rural development leaders to discuss the future of digital transformation in rural India.

Since its inception in 2005, RMAI has championed the cause of rural marketing by enabling brands and businesses to unlock the immense potential of rural India  which accounts for over 53% of FMCG and 59% of durables sales nationwide. The Digital Dot Rural series has emerged as RMAI’s flagship platform to showcase cutting-edge developments and ground-level insights in rural technology.

Stellapps Technologies made a significant mark at the event, with Mr. Ravi Kant, Assistant General Manager Tech Business, representing the company in a high-impact panel discussion titled “AI & Technology in Agri-Food Systems.” He was joined on the panel by:

  • Mr. Rajeev Kumar, Territory Agronomist, Fyllo
  • Mr. Jatinder Kumar, Founder & CEO, Gurudrone Agritech Pvt. Ltd.

The discussion delved into some of the most pressing and forward-looking themes in rural technology, including:

  • Leveraging AI and IoT for traceability in agri-dairy value chains
  • Ensuring ethical data use in areas like credit access, advisory services, and digital payments
  • The role of drones in crop insurance and precision farming
  • Strengthening cold chain logistics to minimize food spoilage in rural supply chains
  • Driving climate resilience and sustainability through tech-enabled farming solutions

Mr. Ravi Kant shared Stellapps’ perspective on building scalable digital infrastructure for India’s dairy value chain, emphasizing the importance of data integrity, farmer empowerment, and sustainable operations.

“Events like Digital Dot Rural are crucial for turning thought leadership into real-world action,” he said. “At Stellapps, we believe in using technology not just to optimize processes but to transform livelihoods across rural India.”

The event also featured keynotes, case studies, and showcases of tech-driven innovations aimed at boosting rural productivity, income security, and food system efficiency.

Stellapps expressed its gratitude to RMAI and all sponsors for hosting a platform where real conversations on rural innovation take center stage. As the agri-tech landscape continues to evolve, such forums are vital for aligning industry efforts with the needs of India’s rural communities.
