VST Tillers Tractors Ltd has released its sales performance report for June 2025, highlighting a remarkable surge in overall sales led by a strong uptick in the power tiller segment. The company sold a total of 7,149 units in June 2025, registering a robust 92.6% growth compared to 3,710 units sold in the same month last year.
The standout performance came from the power tiller category, where VST sold 6,651 units, marking a 112.7% year-on-year growth from 3,128 units in June 2024. This surge demonstrates the increasing demand for compact and efficient mechanization solutions in small and marginal farming sectors across India.
However, the tractor segment reported a slight dip. VST sold 498 tractors in June 2025, compared to 582 units during the same period last year a decline of 14.4%. The company attributed the drop to temporary market challenges, though demand in select regions remains steady.

Outlook
VST’s strong performance in the power tiller segment underlines the growing shift toward compact and efficient mechanization solutions in Indian agriculture. The company remains optimistic about sustained growth through the remainder of the year, especially with the backdrop of an above-normal monsoon forecast and increasing adoption of agri-tech among smallholder farmers.
While tractor sales have seen a short-term dip, the company is expected to focus on improving market reach and launching new models tailored for different agro-climatic zones to boost future growth.
