New Holland Launches Workmaster 105 with HVAC Cabin, Suitable for Farming in All Seasons

CNH Industrial’s brand New Holland has introduced the Workmaster 105 tractor with an advanced HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) cabin, marking the latest addition to its high-horsepower tractor range. The new model is designed to offer superior comfort and enhanced performance throughout the year, setting new standards for operator convenience and productivity.

The Workmaster 105, powered by a 106 HP, 3.4-liter FPT (Fiat Powertrain Technologies) TREM-IV engine, delivers exceptional performance and fuel efficiency even at lower RPMs. The new HVAC-equipped version features a six-roof vent heating and air-conditioning system, providing a comfortable working environment in all weather conditions. The tractor also includes an air-suspended seat for reduced fatigue, a noise-free cabin, and a pneumatic reversible fan that ensures uninterrupted operation in dusty conditions, particularly useful during post-harvest baling operations.

Speaking about the launch, Narinder Mittal, President and Managing Director of CNH Industrial India, said,
“The New Holland Workmaster 105 is renowned for its high performance, reliability, and versatility across multiple applications. With the introduction of the HVAC cabin, the Workmaster range now offers temperature-controlled comfort for year-round operation. Designed for fatigue-free operation and efficiency even in challenging field conditions, the Workmaster 105 continues to redefine the future of Indian agriculture by offering world-class technology that enhances productivity, convenience, and the quality of life for farmers.”

Following its success in international markets as an India-manufactured model, the Workmaster 105 was introduced in India last year and has now been upgraded with the HVAC cabin. Over 15,000 units of the Workmaster series have already been sold globally. The tractor features 20 Forward + 20 Reverse Power Shuttle transmission and a robust 3,500 kg lift capacity, making it capable of handling heavy implements with ease. Its all-weather cabin ensures protection against extreme temperatures, while a full wet clutch in the main drive and Power Take-Off (PTO) provides durability and reliability under continuous load—particularly useful for baling, potato planting, and trenching operations. The Workmaster 105 is also well-suited for advanced applications such as fodder cutting, baling, and trailer usage.

After establishing a strong presence in the United States and other international markets, the Workmaster 105 with HVAC cabin is now ready to meet growing demand in India. The new model is available at ₹35 lakh (ex-showroom) across New Holland dealerships in India and comes with a 3-year or 3,000-hour warranty.

With this launch, New Holland further strengthens its leadership in the premium tractor segment, providing Indian farmers with high-HP tractors that combine power, performance, and all-weather comfort.
