Lekh Ram Yadav Honored as RFOI – First Runner-Up at MFOI Awards 2025

At the prestigious MFOI Awards 2025, progressive farmer Lekh Ram Yadav was honored with the RFOI – First Runner-Up Award for his exceptional contribution to organic farming and rural empowerment. Yadav has emerged as one of India’s leading agripreneurs, known for integrating science, tradition, and spirituality to create a unique and sustainable farming model.

Armed with an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Yadav previously worked for 6.5 years at an NABL-accredited laboratory in Gurugram, contributing to advanced scientific processes such as DNA fingerprinting and GMO testing. However, the declining health patterns associated with urban lifestyles and the growing disconnect from nature inspired him to return to his roots.

Answering this inner call, Yadav transitioned from laboratory science to the fields, dedicating himself to the service of “Mother Earth.” Today, he practices organic farming on 1,150 acres spread across Rajasthan and Gujarat. His work blends TCBT technology, traditional agricultural wisdom, and agro-spiritual values—making his farms a model of innovation and sustainability.

In addition to organic cultivation, Yadav actively promotes agro-tourism, empowering fellow farmers and creating new opportunities for rural communities. His approach unites ecological balance, scientific precision, and cultural heritage.

Recognizing these achievements, Kheti Jagran honored him with the RFOI – First Runner-Up Award at the MFOI Awards 2025. The award was presented by former MP and former Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Mishra Teni. Kheti Jagran’s Founder & Editor-in-Chief M.C. Dominic and Managing Director Shiny Dominic were also present on the occasion.
